You have gone to all the work of writing a great book. But if your reader won’t even pick up the book because of the small font and poorly designed interior, that doesn’t sell your book.
Typesetting might sound easy. “Sure,” you think, “I can just use Word and send my manuscript to my printer.” It actually is not that simple.
The interior design of a book is very important.
Here are some questions that you might ask?
- What font size should I use?
- What size should my book be?
- What font type is best for my fiction book? What type should I use for a nonfiction book?
- How do I get rid of those hyphens at the end of so many lines?
- Why does each page seem to have a different number of lines on it?
It can be overwhelming, but we would love to do the work for you to make your interior book design perfect for your genre and your readers.
Cost: Typesetting takes a lot of experience and time. You will find the cost to be varied when searching on line. In general our estimate would be $3 for each page; however, depending on your specific book, the cost could be higher. We have a minimum of $350 per project.
What Happens Next?

We will respond by email or phone to find out from you what your needs are. We will need to see an example of your manuscript so that we know how complicated and detailed the typesetting will be. We will write up an estimate for you to know the exact cost of the project and email it to you. If you approve the estimate, we then will make up a contract for you to approve by email.
Once approved and digitally signed, we require a 50% deposit before we can begin working on your manuscript.
The balance of the fee will be due when the typesetting is complete. All of this will be written up in the contract.
